Du 11 au 21 avril 2023, tous les enfants âgés de 11 à 17 ans pourront profiter des temps d’activités collectives organisés par la Ville. Découvrez les modalités d’inscription et les programmes ci-dessous !

  • Ados 11/14 ans : Maison de quartier Fernand Texier
  • Ados 14/17 ans : Maison de quartier Paul Bert

Modalités d’inscription :

  • Quand ?

    Début des inscriptions : dès à présent

Clôture des inscriptions : le mardi 4 avril midi pour la première semaine et le mercredi 12 avril midi pour la deuxième semaine

  • Comment ?
    Si votre enfant est déjà inscrit auprès d’un service de la Ville (EMS, périscolaire, cantine…) et qu’un dossier complet à son nom a été constitué pour l’année scolaire 2022/2023 ; il est possible de l’inscrire, au choix :

– Par mail : inscriptionjeunesse@saintmartindheres.fr en indiquant les jours, le nom/prénom et l’âge de votre enfant.
– Au service jeunesse : 5 rue Albert Samain. Renseignements, accueil et inscriptions les lundis, mardis, jeudis ou vendredis de 13h30 à 17h.

Si c’est une première inscription, venez déposer les pièces suivantes au service jeunesse :

  • Carnet de santé : vaccins et PAI (projet d’accueil individualisé)
  • Pièce d’identité du parent
  • Livret de famille ou copie intégrale de l’acte de naissance
  • Justificatif de domicile de moins de 3 mois
